Reservation & Purchase Agreement:
The selected puppy has a total purchase price of $1,500. Of this amount, a $500 reservation payment is required at the time of reservation to secure the puppy in the buyer’s name. The remaining $1,000 balance will be due according to the agreed payment schedule and before the puppy is released for pickup or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any applicable delivery, transportation, or additional mileage expenses based on the buyer’s location or special delivery requirements are separate from the $1,500 puppy purchase price. Any such costs will be communicated to and agreed upon by the buyer before they are charged.
By completing and signing this agreement, the buyer is requesting to reserve the selected puppy in their name. The $500 reservation payment must be received and confirmed before the reservation is considered secured. Once the payment has been received and confirmed, the puppy will be placed on hold for the buyer, inquiries and reservation requests from other prospective buyers will be discontinued, and the necessary arrangements for the puppy’s veterinary preparation, documentation, and pickup or delivery will be initiated.
The reservation payment forms part of the puppy’s total $1,500 purchase price. It is not an additional charge on top of the purchase price. The remaining $1,000 represents the outstanding balance of the puppy’s purchase price.
Once the reservation has been confirmed, we will provide the buyer with the relevant information regarding the selected puppy and the next steps in the placement process, including applicable veterinary information, documentation, pickup or delivery arrangements, and payment instructions for the remaining balance or any separately agreed transportation expenses.
By accepting the Terms & Condition and submitting the reservation payment, the buyer confirms that they have read and understood the purchase price, the $500 reservation requirement, the remaining balance, and the applicable pickup/delivery arrangements.
